During a "speedsculpt" thursday with friends on Discord, our theme was "mask". Unfortunately, I find it hard to stop at just the sculpting phase because I love painting textures so much. So, here is the result of that "speedsculpt" session that got a little out of hand !
A breakdown video showcasing the solid view, normal map, base color and final result. I didn't include the wireframe since only the mask was manually retopologized. To save time, the clothing was processed using the QuadRemesher addon in Blender.
A look at some compositing passes. I'm not showing every single pass since I used cryptomattes to treat the character and the background text separately.
